You are entrusted with creating unique and memorable experiences for our discerning guests by delivering exceptional, detail-oriented, and discreet service that reflects the values and standards of our brand.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver personalized and intuitive service to VIPs and suite guests, acting as their single point of contact throughout their stay.
    • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their room, offering in-room check-in and personalized orientation.
    • Handle guest preferences and special requests with utmost discretion, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring total satisfaction.
    • Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security at all times.
    • Support the wider Front Office and Rooms Division team as needed.
