Fluent in written and spoken English.
Permanent, Fulltime

With the management of our IT portfolio, you provide transparency and understanding of IT topics, projects, and activities to the senior management of the Red Bull organization.
You will assist in gathering the necessary details and preparing this content for various stakeholder meetings.

You will oversee the internal communication from IT to various other departments and ensure we are using the right tools, assets, and wording towards our end users.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Ensure high-quality reporting for our topics, projects and activities from our IT managers into the portfolio management function.

Manage this content with the necessary tools and constantly work to enhance and automate the portfolio management methodology.

Assist in preparing management and stakeholder meetings throughout the year with the information you gather from your IT portfolio and other sources within the IT department.

COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT

Be responsible for the internal communication strategy from IT towards the end-users of the Red Bull group, align it with the responsible stakeholders, and oversee the execution.

Make sure we use the right tools, assets, and wordings by providing the right services/resources and involve yourself in necessary discussions and projects which are relevant to your goals.

Continuously develop our approach and bring in your views and ideas into the organization.
