Marketing Specialist Operations f/m/d

We are seeking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist Operations f/m/d to join our team at AVL headquarters in Graz, Austria, to support our global marketing efforts for one of our strategic business units in the field of instrumentation and testing solutions.

As a Marketing Specialist Operations, your primary responsibility is to assist in the creation, implementation, and overall tracking of marketing initiatives and specific campaigns with the goal of driving business objectives, generating leads, and retaining customers.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media activities including social advocacy programs in close collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Team
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make datadriven recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns across all channels including digital, on/offline media, social media content, events and more
  • Support planning and executing global events
  • Generate highquality written content, such as social posts, articles, web etc. to promote our testing solutions
  • Produce visually appealing and informative multimedia content, including videos, infographics, etc.
  • Build strategic alliances with partner and agencies

YOUR PROFILE

:


  • Academic degree in or with a focus on marketing / digital marketing or similar
  • 35 years of professional experience in B2B marketing (ideally in the technology industry)
  • Intercultural experience in working with global teams
  • Strong selfmanagement and prioritization skills
  • Experience with campaign and content management
  • Experience with SEO, digital campaigns and analytics
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced, collaborative environment and solve issues as they arise
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and content creation
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills in English and German

Annual Remuneration

:


Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53.200,00.

The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry).

We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
