Must have requirement:
hands-on experience building solutions with Qlik. You will be building Qlik prototypes and working closely with product/engineering teams to bring ideas to fruition.


Evangelize Vizlib:

• Promote Vizlib solutions through diverse channels, including social media,

conferences, webinars, and community events.

• Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling content such as blog posts,

articles, and presentations showcasing how Vizlib enhances Qlik capabilities.


Community Building:

• Develop and nurture relationships within the Qlik community, fostering a strong

network of advocates, influencers, and users.

• Facilitate and participate in community forums, discussions, and user groups to

encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration.


Education and Training:

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users, developers, and

organizations on best practices, advanced techniques, and new features in Vizlib.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create educational resources and documentation.

Feedback Collection:

• Gather feedback from the community and users to provide valuable insights to the

product development teams.

• Act as a liaison between the Qlik community and insightsoftware, ensuring effective

communication of user concerns and suggestions.

• Gain a deep understanding of customer challenges.
• Solution Prototyping & Implementation
• Using your Vizlib / Qlik knowledge, prototype solutions that address top customer challenges identified.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement the solutions.
• Achieve MVP after extensive user testing.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, product

launches, and promotional activities.

• Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to

contribute to strategic planning.

• Collaborate with the product team on future product strategy planning.

Goals (First 12 Months):

Market Visibility:

• Increase Vizlib market visibility through targeted promotional activities.
• Deliver at least two impactful webinars showcasing innovative Qlik Sense solutions.

Community Growth:

• Expand Qlik community network, fostering active participation.
• Initiate and lead a monthly knowledgesharing series within the community.

Education Impact:

• Conduct a comprehensive training program for at least three organizations, resulting

in an improvement in user proficiency.

• Contribute to the creation of a knowledge base with educational resources.

Product Improvement:

• Gather feedback from the community leading to the implementation of at least three

significant product enhancements.

• Ensure effective resolution of user concerns, resulting in an increase in user

satisfaction.


Product Management:

• Discover customer use cases by engaging the community and develop

prototypes to address them.

• Work to bring a prototype to fruition by managing and overseeing the project implementation.
• Launch the solution to market and win new customers.

Qualifications

Qlik Expertise:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Qlik development, administration, and implementation.
• Strong handson experience in building Qlik solutions from scratch.
• Community Engagement Skills:
• Proven track record of active involvement in the Qlik community.
• Ability to engage with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Experience:

• Experience with Vizlib and/or other Qlik extension products.
• Previous experience in a similar evangelist or advocacy role is a plus but not a requirement.
• Previous experience in a product management role is a plus but not a requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BI Product Management Experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, or equivalent.
