Your new adventure
As a Leader of Service Desk you will be responsible for the optimal performance of our operational IT services to meet our internal customer requirements.
- You will design, development and continuous optimization of IT service organization, structure and workflows
- You will be a link between the IT service desk and all internal departments
- You will be responsible for collection and analysis of customer requirements
- You will be responsible for monitoring, quality control and continuous improvement of our agreed services
- You will have process responsibility and improvement for service requests to the IT infrastructure; for qualitative and timely
- You will implement the IT-Service Management processes in Gunskirchen which are currently implemented at
- You wil lead the ServiceDesk team internal and external agents
- People management in general (e.g. plan and implement employee development, achievement of professional goals)
- Completed studies (HTL) or further training in service management
- 35 years of professional experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- High service orientation and strong introductory skills as a middleman between our internal customers and our IT service desk
- Organizational skills, perseverance and negotiating skills in English and German

The minimum salary for this position is € 58 098,6 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry.
An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
