Stellenbeschreibung
- Kontrolle & Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen (auf Menge, Preis und Kontierung)
- Unterstützung bei der Freigabe der Zahlungen der Eingangsrechnung unter Einhaltung des 4-Augen-Prinzip
- Kontakt zu Lieferanten und Klärung anfallender Mahnungen
- Durchführung von Pennytests
- Unterstützung bei periodischem Eingangsrechnungsabschluss
- Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für Betriebs
- und Wirtschaftsprüfungen, Audits, etc.
- Einreichung ausländischer Vorsteuern

Qualifikationen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Handelsschule, Lehre, o.ä.)
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungsprüfung, Buchhaltung
- Buchhalterprüfung von Vorteil
- EDV Kenntnisse (MS- Office, idealerweise SAP)
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Genaue, verlässliche und belastbare Persönlichkeit

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das Bruttojahresgehalt für 38,5 Stunden beträgt für diese Position mindestens 38.000,-. Eine Überzahlung ist jedoch aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
