Descripcion General:

Planning, organizing, and managing projects in line with the overall company, Procurement and Warehousing & Distribution Category strategy within the defined scope, resources, timeline and achieving the targeted cost objectives
Ensure value creation for the organization and key stakeholders by realizing defined cost reduction, savings and other Procurement relevant targets
Compliance and risk management: ensure compliant sourcing processes and supplier management; identifying potential risk and related impact, and define and execute risk mitigation plans jointly with respective functions; adherence to Procurement and other relevant policies, guidelines and SOPs
Understanding and projecting market dynamics and related impacts (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, disruptions) and perform required adjustments to category or sourcing strategies as needed
Support improvement of overall data and process quality

Perfil:

Master's Degree/other advanced degree in the Economics, Finance or related areas is preferred
10 years of experience in Procurement or other related experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in category management, supplier management, or related area, with a focus in the Warehousing & Distribution category domain
Strong project management or other leadership experience
English (excellence in speaking and writing), additional languages desirable

The gross annual salary is at least EUR 80.000€ but of course we offer overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
