MARKETING, MEDIA & DATA PRIVACY

Our Marketing, Media & Data Privacy Legal team is seeking a legal graduate interested in specializing in digital and IT, data protection and privacy, artificial intelligence, and gaming and esports law.

Our department collaborates with various internal business clients, including Global Media Services and Emerging Media and Special Projects (e.g., MyGroove app), to handle digital and IT-related matters.

We engage with Gaming Network on content creation initiatives and partner with Global Gaming and Esports for the sponsorship of gaming companies, teams, content creators, and professional players.

Additionally, we serve as a Global Artificial Intelligence center of expertise, providing legal support to internal departments incorporating artificial intelligence into their business activities.

As a new graduate in our team, your role will involve supporting business decisions through legal assessments and devising compliance strategies for digital solutions, covering intellectual property, data protection, and privacy matters.

You will also help to clear third-party IP rights and assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating several types of agreements.

Qualifications:

You've gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.

You're a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Programme in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.

Additional Information:

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,124 gross per month.
