Global Marketing Manager f/m/d

:

We are seeking for a dynamic and result-driven Global Marketing Manager f/m/d to join our team at AVL headquarters in Graz, Austria, to push our global marketing efforts for one of our strategic business units in the field of instrumentation and testing solutions.

You are a strategic thinker with proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and to support the growth of our company.

You will support marketing actions for various product and solution lines by identifying and understanding market needs and trends within existing and new market segments.

You strengthen the company's position in this area by developing and implementing global marketing plans, handling the marketing budget and defining marketing key objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Develop, implement and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy for the strategic business unit that seamlessly aligns with overall company and corporate marketing objectives
Define KPIdriven global marketing plans, tactics and programs for brand awareness, product/solution positioning, demand and lead generation to achieve business growth
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure a consistent brand presence
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a consistent message including campaigns (e.g. digital media, online/offline media, social media, events)
Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including web, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, etc. based on indepth analysis of data, insights and customer behavior
Measuring and reporting on all marketing activities and campaign performance, gaining insights and evaluating against targets (ROI and KPIs)
Managing and monitoring the marketing budget and supporting the design and implementation of global marketing processes and tools
Building strategic alliances with partners and agencies
Working closely with corporate and affiliate marketing, Management Board and Sales

YOUR PROFILE

:

Academic degree in marketing, digital marketing or an equivalent degree program
At least 10 years of professional experience in technologydriven B2B marketing and profound project management skills
Technical understanding and interest in cuttingedge technological developments an advantage
Ability to work in a fastpaced, collaborative environment and solve upcoming problems immediately
Combination of strategic, creative and analytical thinking
High level of initiative and confident demeanor
Combination of creativity, proactive work, analytical skills, but also handson mentality
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (working with crosscultural teams)
Proven ability to inspire a team and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

Annual Remuneration

:

Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €70, The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry).

We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
