Your mission:

Coordinate various administrative tasks, document management and intranet communication
Contribute to our projects and take ownership of smaller projects
Closely work in a great team of passionate professionals and support them in their daily tasks
Get involved in developing market and benchmarking research, presentation and documentation
Organising internal and external meetings and training sessions

Your profile:

Student (M/F/diverse) in the field of Sustainability Management, Environmental Science, business administration, or a comparable field of study
Passion for the topic and willing to learn
Safe handling of all MS Officeprograms (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent English skills, written and spoken. German language skills of advantage
Pragmatic with a cando and handson mentality, ready to do ad hoc tasks
Independent way of working, structured, accurate; organized

Our offer:

An inspiring position in our Sustainable Development Team
Start: immediate start possible
Location: Group office Vienna
Duration: 612 months
Extent: parttime (30 hours) or fulltime (38 hours)
We offer a compensation package starting at € 1.820 gross/month on a fulltime basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
