The
Eaton Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program that involves two unique twelve-month assignments across different engineering functions.

This will include two different countries in the EMEA region to prepare you for future leadership roles.

The assignments will provide you with the building blocks necessary to launch you onto an exciting and engaging engineering leadership career at Eaton.

The roles will be steppingstones to a career in Research and Development

Our main base locations for these roles are UK, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Italy.

What are the entry requirements for the Program?

Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (software engineering, computer science, electronics/electrical engineering, power electronics, embedded systems, systems engineering, etc.) with a graduation date no later than August 202
Work or internship experience is a plus (max 3 years of experience)
Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company
Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program
