OVERVIEW:


We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented
Publisher Development Manager (M/F/d) to join our great international team in Vienna.

To be successful in this position, you should be able to manage and develop your accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

You should have a background in Digital Marketing, Excellent Business Development skills, and be highly organized and accomplished at solving problems and closing deals.


THE CHALLENGE:


  • Search for advertising opportunities within the online world and contact websites, following up on leads and winning new clients (publishers).
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow the number of accounts.
  • Match the correct brand to the perfect website.
  • Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Publishers Relations team.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
  • Stay up to date on popularity fluctuations and industry development.

YOUR PROFILE:


Required:


  • 2+ years of experience with Media Buying, Business Development, Sales, Affiliation, or Partner Success Management.
  • Very good awareness of the digital world and commercial sense
  • Very good account management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any CRM software experience
  • Highly organized and solutionoriented.
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize.
  • Selfstarter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Great English language skills

Preferred:


  • University's degree
  • Experience managing large portfolios of B2B Partners.
  • Any additional language skills are an advantage
  • Pipedrive CRM skills are considered a plus

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
