Your Tasks- Support of employees, e.g. handling of entries and terminations, creation of employment agreements, master data administration in the HR software- Support in managing the companywide time recording system
- Preparation of employment and interim employment references
- Assistance in the preparation of reports and statistics
- Support in the area of archiving / filing system / employee documents and in various HR projects
- Your Profile
- Degree in economics or comparable relevant education
- Professional experience in a similar position as well as labour and social law knowhow is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Word and Excel, experience with Sage/DPW is an advantage
- Distinct social, communicative and organisational skills as well as good grasp of process flows and affinity for data

- Minimum SalarySalary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 41,691.4
