  • Our business
    Your tasks
  • Support in the area of development, implementation and delivery of groupwide leadership and strategic competency development programs.
  • Acting as a Learning Project Manager for specific Leadership Programs and working closely together with the program owner as well as ensuring the delivery of training according to the company's training procedure.
  • End to end responsibility for the development program for future female leaders.
  • Delivering and facilitating of individual leadership development kickoffs and closing session as well as supporting other activities in the department, such as: competence frameworks or strategic competences.
  • Contributing to development of the group wide learning portfolio, including digital learning as well as designing and implementing the engagement activities to boost learning hours.
  • Helping to improve the accessibility of learning offers.
  • Driving the continuous improvement of our learning products by following the market trends and best practices in training management as well as aligning and monitoring budgets and costs.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in the field of HR or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field.
  • Ability to managing the stakeholders at all levels.
  • Great communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge in MS-Teams, Sharepoint, ideally also in Success Factors
  • Fluency in English, German language skills would be an advantage.
