As the Global Key Account Manager, you will acquire customers in the fashion industry and work closely with them on an international level to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions and build long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in further expanding our position as a leading lighting provider in the fashion industry and be responsible for the central expansion of our lighting products in stores.

  • You are responsible for the acquisition of new potential global key accounts in the fashion retail industry by implementing the sales and distribution strategy on a global scale
  • You proactively build, further develop, and maintain strong customer relationships on a global level to further grow the business
  • In addition, you assess and set milestones, deliverables, and objections in accordance with all stakeholder requirements
  • You coordinate and collaborate with internal departments such as local key account managers and bid managers
  • You negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to ensure longterm and profitable partnerships with existing and new global key customers
  • You conduct market analysis and benchmarking to take informed business development decisions and recommendations related to global key customers

Ihr Profil

  • You gained first experience in Shop conception or Shop design in an international professional environment in the lighting solutions sector. Ideally you have proven experience in Key Account Management.
  • Through your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you "love" to build and maintain new strong client relationships on a global scale
  • Your working style is characterized as creative, customer and team oriented and you are able to prioritize your tasks independently
  • CRM (e.g. Salesforce), ERP system (e.g. SAP), and Microsoft Office skills are a given and preferably you can prove first experience
  • Your very good spoken and written German and English skills round up your profile and allow you to communicate confidently with local and international customers and colleagues
  • Travel is an important part of this role and will be based on individual Customer needs (mind. 50% Europewide)

  • Legally binding notice: Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of €59,290.42/p.a.
