Our business

Your role:

Developing and maintaining an OT Security Governance Framework in alignment with the related functional areas and monitor its implementation and compliancy with related security standards / procedures in OMV Group
Driving the OT Security Governance roadmap implementation for OMV Group, supporting the OMV Group wide cybersecurity strategy in respect to OT Security
Steering the discussions for the Group wide OT cybersecurity processes and to define OT security requirements
Creating and maintaining a standardized Process Catalogue and ensure that the BUs implement the relevant processes tailored to their environments
Advising Senior Management on OT Security issues, share market best practices and recommend enhancements
Defining OT Security controls for OT and reporting requirements to ensure OT compliance
Monitoring changes in the internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS Directive v2) and drive adoption of relevant changes
Creating and maintaining an unified OT cybersecurity reporting catalogue and the related metrics/KPIs to ensure visibility of the state of OT Cybersecurity across all Business Units.

Your profile:

You have a Master ́s degree in fields such as Automation, Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
You have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience
You have the proven ability to engage successfully with senior executives and business leaders
You have excellent understanding of IT Security, Information Security and OT Security controls incl. data protection requirements
Excellent understanding of relevant data security regulations relevant to critical infrastructure (NIS)
Knowledge of internationally recognized IT/OT security standards,
Solid communication, negotiation and presentations skills
Excellent German and English skills
