Our "Mechanical Product Technologies and Simulation" department evaluates new technological possibilities, builds up technological expertise, and makes it available to the "Product Systems" department.

Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious leader who will develop and implement simulation disciplines and methods aligned with the strategic direction. The successful candidate will lead a team of simulation experts, allocate project work capacities, and ensure the smooth deployment of hardware and software solutions for simulations.

Requirements

• A degree in engineering, specializing in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• An empathetic personality with professional experience in the simulation field, strong technical and methodological competence, and a passion for interacting and exchanging ideas with people.
• Prior leadership experience is appreciated, and we aim to support your smooth transition into this new role.
