Your challenge*:
- Proactive support in the planning and management of strategically relevant projects with client relevance (e.g. implementation of business plan initiatives)
- Participation in the development and design of the strategy of LGT Bank Ltd. in Austria
- Support and cooperation in pricing initiatives including second level support for client advisors
- Professional design of internal presentations for the Executive Board
- Preparation of market and competitor analyses as well as close cooperation and support of the market units
- Crossfunctional cooperation with relevant areas within LGT Bank in Austria and EMEA region
- Coordination of the launch of new offerings/services in coordination with LGT Group, e.g. launch of new private market offerings and identification of training needs
Your profile*:
- Degree (bachelor's or master's level) preferably in economics, business management or similar
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position or in strategy and management consulting.
- You have excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as communication skills in German and English.
- You have a confident manner and a high level of customer and service readiness.
- You are a reliable, flexible team player (M/F/d) with a cando mentality who never loses sight of the big picture, even in stressful situations.
In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity and our social benefits, we offer you a minimum salary for the position from € 50,000 per annum (depending on qualifications), with the readiness for a significant overpayment.
