YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop further and drive the groupwide rollout of our employer branding strategy: set strategic initiatives to bring our employer value proposition to life in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Work closely together with our Corporate Marketing and act as service provider and/or consultant for regions and locations to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of global and local employer branding and HR marketing initiatives
Support and implement various communication measures such as a new career website, brand campaigns, social media content by creating relevant contents by yourself, with our team or coordinating external agencies
Stay on top of trends and develop creative ways to find, attract and retain top talents

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree, ideally with focus on HR, Communications and/or Marketing
3 years of work experience in a similar function, preferably in an international matrix company
Proven capability of implementing global employer branding measures
Openness, creativity and innovative thinking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, profound understanding of an intercultural environment
Project management skills & ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
Fluent in Business English and German written and spoken

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 42.255,92 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
