Your contribution will be

  • Texting and handling donor requests in daily contact with our Middle Donor Specialist and team
  • Supporting the Middle Donor Specialist, handling Middle Donor tools in close cooperation with internal and external partners, creating personalised donor journeys, producing ads materials, organising webinars, events etc. operationally
  • Staying tuned with content management by project managers, campaigner, specialist departments to select content for donor communication, presentations, newsletters out of portfolio
  • Supporting in preparation for external audit needs with regular offers/invoices overview from external service providers and agencies, lottery mailing for Fundraising Association Austria in collaboration with Middle Donor Specialist
  • Helping Middle, Major and Legacy Fundraiser during holidays incl. notes of calls

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Knowhow in scheduling, planning and producing ad tools as well as in organising events
  • Excellent German and very good English skills
  • Team player that is used to work independently with talent for coordinating.
  • Well structured, resultoriented, cheerful, balanced, handsonmentalitydriven personality
  • Technical experience: Office 365, SharePoint, virtual communication tools, e. g. MS Teams
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
