Do you want to give employees wings by organising world class learning events, and supporting the team with the creation, maintenance and delivery of learning events and trainings? We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to strengthen our international Talent Management team located at our global headquarters in Austria.


You'll grow and develop across a breadth of Talent Development topics with a focus on organising regular global trainings and learning events.

Beyond this, you'll have the opportunity to create and update training content, and develop your instructional design skills. There will also be plenty of opportunity to spread your wings further into other talent development topics.


TRAINING ADMINISTRATION & ORGANIZATION


You'll act as support for planning and coordinating regular training sessions, such as our People Manager Program and Graduate Development Programme.

You'll consider all the details to design and deliver an engaging and smooth experience for participants. This includes arranging venues, logistics, material production and printing.


MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING PORTFOLIO
You'll manage existing training offerings to ensure content is up to date and relevant. In addition, you'll support the creation and delivery of pre and post work for regular learning events and trainings. You'll prepare new programs for piloting and delivering, including organising materials, preparing facilitators and monitoring pilots.


LEARNING DESIGN

TALENT DEVELOPMENT TEAM SUPPORT


You'll support the Talent Management team in the production and continuous improvement of engaging development content and tools that grab attention and drives behaviour in line with Red Bull philosophies and values.

You'll collaborate and influence stakeholders across the business and support Area HR to drive adoption on all talent management practices, initiatives, processes and tools.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related discipline within applied people sciences (i.e. behavioural science, organisational psychology, sociology, human resources etc.) or equivalent work experience.

Experience in planning and executing events/trainings.

A creative problem solver who has demonstrated their adaptability and ability to resolve issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work effectively as part of different teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Good Project Management and organisational skills with a proactive and can-do approach.

Knowledge and up to date with industry trends and best practices of adult learning, behaviour change and learning design.

Strong ideation and creative thinking skills to generate innovate ideas for engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Language skills:
Fluent in English (written & verbal)


Additional Information:


Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,041 gross per month.

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
