• 1.MISSION OF THE DEPARTMENT
• To align and harmonise technology, digital and data capabilities across the WWF Network to enable conservation impact at scale while safeguarding the organisation and the people we work with, through fit for purpose solutions that are device and hardware agnostic, mobile functional, built on integrated, secure and scalable cloud enabled technology platforms and are consistently delivered and supported anytime anywhere.
• 2.MAJOR FUNCTIONS
• Provides leadership and management of cloud and infrastructure services to enable delivery of secure and scalable fit for purpose business solutions for the WWF Network;
• Oversees the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of cloud and infrastructure services across the organization, fostering a cohesive and sustainable digital ecosystem;
• Leads a team of Cloud & Infrastructure Services professionals, ensuring a unified approach to cloud services while contributing to the development of Information Technology (IT) talent and growth of digital skills to advance the organization's digital transformation journey.
• 3.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement technical architecture, governance policies, standards and best practices for cloud and infrastructure services, and lead in this area of competency for the global digital strategy;
• Design, deliver, manage and evolve the core cloud and infrastructure services to enable delivery business solutions and services to agreed service levels and ensure solutions and services are accessible on all enduser devices, wherever possible;
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for the cloud and infrastructure services that supports and aligns with Digital and Business strategy;
• Manage and support endtoend availability and performance of key cloud and infrastructure services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence and automate response to different service conditions;
• Drive consistent adoption and integration of cloud services across the WWF network, optimizing for cost, performance, security and scalability;
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to safeguard the cloud infrastructure and services in line with selected cybersecurity framework and defined security standards;
• Monitor cloud usage, performance, and security to identify and address issues proactively and drive continuous service improvement in service delivery;
• End to end management of contracts and relationships with key solution and service providers including negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that maximize service performance and optimize cost and value to the Network;
• Identify and mitigate risks related to cloud and infrastructure services and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies;
• Support annual planning and budgeting for the GTDS function and manage the CIS unit budget to optimize spend, cost recovery and active response to Network investment and operational needs;
• Lead by example and foster a healthy and collaborative culture with within GTDS and other IT teams across the Network.
• 4 PROFILE
• Required Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines. A Master's degree is an advantage;
• Professional IT certifications relevant to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service management and project management field;

years people management experience leading a cloud and infrastructure services teams and working with globally distributed teams in a fast-paced federated environment;

• Relevant certifications (e

g Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert, M365 Certified Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus;

• Experience in managing and optimising cost and performance of cloud services (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) in a multicloud environment including indepth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS and other cloud platforms;
• Experience in implementing a strategy to shift from onpremises to a cloudbased infrastructure, solutions and services;
• Experience in managing a globally distri
