As a Project Manager* in MotoGP, you will be responsible for planning and managing vehicle development activities according to schedule and to budget and will be the information hub for your colleagues from the different departments.

You will also be responsible for assigning work packages and ensuring that deadlines are met. If motorsport is your passion, you want to handle the project coordination for our MotoGP bikes and always keep track of everything? Then this job is just right for you


THE TASKS AWAITING YOU:

- responsibility for planning and coordinating the MotoGP project from initial development by the technical departments through production and procurement up to trackside implementation in close coordination with the motorsport and technical development manager
- preparing and maintaining the overall project schedule
- assigning individual work packages to development partners and ensuring quality and costs are met
- constant coordination of specifications and monitoring of compliance with various milestones
- organizing and driving the solution and decision making process through coordination in project meetings
- cross-departmental cooperation with internal departments as well as test and race teams
- regular project reporting to management and relevant stakeholders as well as project documentation


HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US:

- successfully completed technical education with focus on engineering management, automotive engineering or mechanical engineering (HTL/FH/TU)
- several years of relevant technical professional experience in the field of vehicle, project and product development
- experience in project management as well as in the coordination of interdepartmental areas
- profound knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- high level of passion, commitment and determination as well as strong organizational skills
- high motorcycle and motorsport affinity
- communicative and flexible personality with team spirit and the ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization
- analytical, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, methodical and precise way of working
- understanding of financial controls, tracking of project expenditures and adherence to budget
