We are looking to hire a Machine Learning leader who will work together with their team to turn business questions into data analysis effectively and provide meaningful recommendations.

Your

responsibilities

• Your responsibilities:
• Lead a team of ML Engineers (~5).
• Define a bestinclass machine learning vision and strategy, develop and grow your team of elite machine learning experts.
• Innovate and create products bringing new value to our users and customers.
• Work with partners to translate business challenges into Data Science problems and analyze various kinds of data to produce actionable insights.
• Transform large amounts of complex data into business insights and solutions by using the latest technology in ML, AI, innovations and analytic methodologies.
• Develop ML models as needed to move new ideas fast, in an agile way, into working products giving value.
• Architect, build, maintain, and improve new and existing suite of algorithms.
• Set your team's technical direction.
• Review your team's code.
• Share knowledge and adopt best practices,
• Promote team cohesiveness, positive culture and good team spirit.
• Attract and hire the right talent.

Your

experience
**- Experience with building innovative end-to-end Machine Learning systems and deploying a range of deep learning models into production.

• Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems by adapting creative approaches.
• Strong experience with ML stack and platforms.
• Flexibility in finding solutions, ability to iterate, evaluate and make decisions quickly.
• Not being afraid to speak out loud and challenge the status quo.
• Focus on the result, not the activity and process.
• Great time management.
• Masters, Ph.

D., or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.).
