Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody.

We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world.

We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.


Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible of the customer order process (starting with PO receipt till component delivery and invoicing)
  • Interfacing with other departments to coordinate various activities regarding component delivery (SCM, Accounting, Logistics, ASM)
  • Acts as an expert user for Navision ERP to assist sales managers
  • Supports forecasting activities for products
  • Change management for dedicated projects and customers
  • Support ASM in internal/external administrative aspects regarding to deliveries

Your profile:


  • Degree preferably in sales & marketing / business administration / business management
  • First experience in sales / sales support / sales coordination / customer service / marketing or in a comparable area
  • Passion to drive collaboration and deliver highquality across teams
  • Proficient with MS Office, ERP /CRM systems (preferably, but not mandatory)
  • German and English fluently (written and spoken), other languages will be an advantage
