Territory Manager (a) for Austria and Switzerland working from the home office.

In your position, you will be a key member of the International Sales and Operations Team responsible for introducing and developing the company's products as the preferred medical nutrition for patients with inborn errors of metabolism.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage Ajinomoto Cambrooke brand portfolio for rare metabolic disorders
  • Plan and report on sales activities
  • Cultivate relationships with key healthcare professionals
  • Effectively communicate complex medical information to providers and patients
  • Offer clinical guidance on treatment protocols and product usage
  • Deliver clinical education presentations to support sales
  • Encourage product sampling through education and collaboration
  • Convert trials into loyal customer relationships
  • Promote and coordinate case studies and reports
  • Address clinical questions and nutritional therapy issues
  • Stay updated on advanced medical nutrition
  • Support DACH team's digital innovation projects
  • Advise metabolic center physicians and nutritionists
  • Collaborate on implementing sales goals and strategies
  • Finalize marketing materials in partnership with internal and external providers

What You Bring To The Job

  • Degree in nutrition, biology, chemistry, or related field
  • Experience in enteral nutrition, dietetics, or pharmaceutical/biotech sales
  • Demonstrated leadership, selfstarting, and collaborative abilities
  • Proficiency in discussing scientific facts with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Creativity in digital, social media, and marketing for tailored materials
  • Trade show and convention booth management experience
  • Availability for weekend work as required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Travel RequirementsMonday to Friday, including occasional events on weekends, 25% marketing and 75% sales (incl. field service) / events, within the DACH region as well as to other countries including the US on occasion
