Your profile

Completed training in the field of business, marketing or similar
At least 2 years of professional experience in sales
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint
Experience in coordinating administrative processes and ideally in working with global customers

Your Challenge
In this role as a coordinator, you will take on a range of administrative and organizational activities. You will be an essential link between our sales team, global key account management and our global customers.

Your main tasks include:

Supporting the Global Key Account Management

Creation, maintenance and further development of GKAM customer price lists
Creation and maintenance of customerspecific reports and analyses
Independent communication and correspondence with global customers and our plants
Creating and revising presentations for internal meetings and customer appointments

Supporting the Sales Management Team

Preparation of information and collaboration on various internal and external communication measures
Coordination with the sales team, including coordination and organization of meetings

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 48,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
