Professionelle Küchenorganisation
Einsatzbereitschaft auf allen Posten der Küche
Einhaltung der HACCP Richtlinien

Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und eine abgeschlossene berufseinschlägige Lehre
Leidenschaft für die gehobene Gastronomie & Hotellerie

Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
Gute Deutsch
