Overview of Role:


Working in a global and international environment with modern infrastructure and company culture, in close connection with a sportive and active team.

The Commercial Planner provides support and expertise, collaborating closely with our commercial teams to identify and assess growth opportunities.

Responsible for providing data, insights and support that enable better decision making within the commercial function, aligned to our global strategy.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Planning:
  • Evolve our planning process, tools and frameworks, ensuring they are key action based and tied to our brand partnership guidelines and our global strategic plan.
  • Improve planning accuracy to ensure forecasted demand aligns with manufacturing capacity/capability to drive ontime delivery.
  • Work closely with Boa's capacity planning/operations team to provide foresight in demand peaks on specific Boa products.
  • Accurately maintain industry/segment account base including new leads, status of account in CRM software.
  • Systems/Tools:
  • Maintain Boa's 2year forecasting and planning workbook.
  • Populate with updated information from regional account management team on a quarterly basis.
  • Import actual sales data for comparison to forecasts. Insure data integrity and maintain function of the workbook.
  • Maintain updated system prices to insure accurate revenue rollup.
  • Reporting:
  • Direct report to the General Manager / VP Commercial EMEA driving databased decision making to support our strategic plan.
  • Work with Planning Manager + regional team to facilitate preparation of all monthly / quarterly commercial meetings.
  • Work closely with regional account management team on market data, analysis, or reporting needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Working language: English
  • Planning experience 3+ Years
  • Analyst experience 5+ Years
  • Commercial acumen, with 1+ years experience within a B2B environment preferred
  • Strong systems skills high proficiency in Excel, Power Point, CRM (D365 Preferred).
  • Analytical able to synthetize data to insights/foresights and translate to recommended actions
  • A connector able to use EQ / soft skills to connect key stakeholders to overall strategic plan.
  • Inquisitive constantly learning, able to partner across the organization to learn
  • Organized and outcome driven with strong attention to detail
  • Some experience in ERP system preferred.

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement, which is from 2229.

EUR gross per month.

However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries and are therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary, depending on your experience and skills.
