Johnson & Johnson's Medical Devices industry builds essential diagnostic and medical equipment that is used and relied on in hospitals and doctor's offices around the world.

upply Chain Analyst , located in Vienna

Your key responsibilities:

Collaborate with Customer Service, Demand Planning and Commercial partners to deliver flawless execution of investments to our customers and with Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) colleagues to ensure supply continuity and fair stock allocation.

Ensure the timely placement of Purchase Orders in support of automatic daily replenishment and supplemental order processes. Expedite past Purchase Orders and resolve discrepancies. Work with warehouse to handle stock queries. Maintain accurate planning parameters to ensure efficient inventory in local warehouse.

Support and contribute to driving improvements to Key Performance Indicators, including service performance, back order levels, inventory and slow moving/obsolete inventory.

Play a key role in supply chain related projects and initiatives. Recommend process improvements and support implementation of prioritized assigned projects, within the agreed upon parameters (cost, time, etc.).

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Planning) or equivalent functions.

High service orientation and drive to provide an excellent customer experience.

Analytical, structured and solution oriented working approach.

Adaptable to meet constantly evolving environment.

Excellent collaborator, strong customer focus (internal & external).

Fast learner, embrace change and complexity.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Business proficiency in German and English, other languages a plus.
