Sportradar OTT Product team comprises of the most talented professionals in the over-the-top (OTT), digital and live broadcasting industry - working for major sports organizations, rights owners, media companies, and some of the world's leading clubs in various fields of sports.

As a
Technical Product Manger, you will be an integral part of one or more project teams and will be involved in the whole lifecycle of the project, from the discovery phase through to run and maintain.

The Product Manager will be responsible for working with external and internal project stakeholders including the Client, Account Manager, Project Manager, Developers and Service Manager to ensure that the Delivery team is operating as efficiently as possible and that the Client's expectations are met.


THE CHALLENGE:


  • Work closely with other Product Managers, Product Owners and Scrum Teams to create and maintain a backlog according to the needs of clients and Sportradar's Delivery, Product and Commercial teams
  • Gather and write user requirements for an agile development process
  • Creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for development sprints
  • Ensuring that requirements are met via constant feedback loops
  • Help lead the product development process from discovery to release
  • Perform thorough user acceptance testing with strong attention to detail and performance
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on driving business value for our clients

YOUR PROFILE:


Required:


  • 35 years handson working experience as a Product Manager/Owner
  • Experience in delivering excellent digital products
  • Experience launching digital products for tablet, mobile, TV or consumer devices
  • Experience writing product specifications for development teams
  • Experience contributing to product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Technical background with a detailed understanding of web and mobile platforms
  • A strong business acumen, backed up by a good technical understanding
  • Indepth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Professional level of fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from various functions

Preferred:


  • Handson working experience in a related industry a plus
  • Experience with video streaming services and OTT products is a plus
  • German language would be considered as a plus

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
