FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER AFTER SALES & SERVICE / EMEA Region (f/m/d).
You would like to work as a Finance & Controlling Sparring Partner for our solidly growing and high profitable EMEA service function? Do you have strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers? You like to face challenging tasks and have the necessary farsightedness to support our decision-makers in an advisory capacity and to be able to implement actions together with them at an early stage? TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sparring partner for assigned main functional managers in the fields of spare parts and other service. Selfresponsible support in all fields of Finance and Accounting and execution of the global Finance strategy
Analyze the financial and nonfinancial performance of local entities and develop operative and strategic options for these entities
Factbased decisionmaking on topics with financial impact together with the local managers
Prepare and organize the target setting, budgeting, and forecasting process among local entities
Analyze and comment on KPIs during the monthend closing
Improvement and extension of the reporting landscape

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed economical education, ideally focused on accounting
Several years of work experience as a Finance Business Partner or 5 years of work experience as a Finance Specialist or Generalist, ideally in an international company
Experience in working with SAP S4/Hana
Openminded team player with good communication skills and high level of social competence
Analytical, valueoriented and entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and structured working methods
Ability to put strategic thinking into operational practice and sound understanding of complex business contexts
Intrinsic motivation with ability to drive change and implementation
Fluent in English and German
Willingness to travel < 10%

For this position we offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.342,72 per year.
