About the Role


Working within an international matrix environment you will be the integral part of Digital Project Management in the field of our business units in Austria, reporting directly to our Business Unit Director Obesity.

You will work very closely with our Product Managers, Sales Force and Medical Affairs teams. We in Novo Nordisk have an open-minded, embracing, innovative working culture with great, passionate colleagues. The office is located in Vienna, Austria.

As our Digital Project Manager, you will

  • Liaise and drive together with our product managers and project leads across Business units the development of customer journeys of targeted Healthcare Provider (HCP) segments and patients and implement innovative digital content plans
  • Provide and manage content for various digital activities and liaise with agencies
  • Develop and execute annual content plans for HCPs across Business Units and patient activation activities in Obesity
  • Optimize digital content plans and budget allocation in collaboration with product managers and project leads
  • Utilize and implement generated insights in existing activities
  • Support with any further digital activity i.e. patient webinars


In addition to your affiliate responsibility, you will be part of the Business Unit Obesity network in "North West Europe" Business Area.


About you

  • You have a Master's degree or other relevant commercial academic background in business administration, economics (i.e. Marketing)
  • You bring at least 5 years of strong professional working experience and expertise in digital marketing and digital communication, ideally from marketing, media agencies. Working experience from pharmaceutical/medical area is not required, agency background is a plus
  • You have knowledge and relevant work experience of managing and creating content for social media platforms as well as for other digital tools, methods, and technologies
  • You have the ability to interact and collaborate well with people from different business functions, with strong evidence of teamwork
  • You bring excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with you
  • You have excellent German on native level and English language skills in both written and spoken
