    Sales Operations Service Project Manager

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    In this position, you will be part of a team that enables fact-based decision-making and communication setup for sales operations. This is achieved by providing data transparency, analytics, and supplying tooling for different stakeholders within sales.

    We look for candidates with a good technological background, curiosity for sales processes, and drive to archive our mission to provide intelligent automation for a better future.

    About the Role and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed gap analyses of operational sales processes to identify and address process gaps.
    • Lead and structure projects for the development and implementation of tools and processes to optimize the entire Order-to-Delivery (O2C) process.
    • Lead and coordinate global projects for the implementation of an integrated business planning process and ensure demand-driven production planning.
    • Develop and implement best practices and processes for finished goods inventory management, sales, and operations planning (SOP), procurement, and logistics operations.
    • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure project success.
    • Ensure compliance with global and local standards, guidelines, tools, and processes.

    Qualifications for the Role

    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
    • Extensive experience in project management and in leading and motivating cross-functional teams and workgroups.
    • Proven expertise in process optimization, ideally in a sales environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of the internal structure and organization of B&R is an advantage.
    • Solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality.
    • Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
    • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
