• 8+ years of cumulative experience in law firms and/or inhouse legal departments is required.
• Understanding of European data privacy legislation, ecommerce, marketing, and consumer protection law, as well as expertise delivering pragmatic and actionable advice to diverse stakeholders on various legal risks and obligations under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, eprivacy laws).
• Extensive experience in international projects.
• Previous experience driving, prioritising, and effectively managing crossfunctional initiatives, as well as the ability to operate independently and in large multistakeholder teams.
• You have strong analytical and communication abilities, are conscientious, proactive, and collaborative, and have showed outstanding legal and business judgement as well as strategic thinking (including fluency translating legal advice into actionable guidance).
• Strong organisational abilities, as well as a processoriented, wellstructured working style.
