OVERVIEW


As our new Customer Care Executive (M/F/d) in Vienna you will use your strong communication skills and passion for people as well as sports to support our partners in growing their businesses.

You will guide our partners towards utilizing the Eversports Manager in the most beneficial and efficient way.

Additionally, you will also be in close cooperation with our Sales and Finance department as well as working closely together with our Product & Engineering department daily.

FULL-TIME (35h/week, every second Friday off)

YOUR TASKS

  • Support our existing clients via all support channels such as the ticket system, in writing via live chat and by telephone through the hotline
  • Be involved in Customer Care projects and initiatives as well as keep our existing customers engaged
  • Support in business intelligence projects to ensure data quality in our database
  • Maintain and continuously improve the online helpdesk ensuring the content is up to date, relevant and easy to use
  • Help out in different daily tasks and ad hoc tasks in the customer care department (e.g. customer imports)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent English and German skills
  • Dutch or French language skills are a plus
  • Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence with calling B2B partners
  • Reliability, attention to details and solutionorientation
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
