For our European HQ in Innsbruck we are currently looking for a:

Seasonal Customer Success Specialist

German/French speaking

(M/F/d)

38,5h/week

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

Establish and maintain professional one-on-one relationships with customers and internal partners
Guide and educate customers about Burton, Analog, and anon product lines
Work alongside the Burton E-Commerce and Product Service teams to share knowledge and customer feedback

ESSENTIALS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German/French, any additional language skills are a plus
Knowledge and experience of customer service principles and practices
Good MS-Office knowledge, SAP or Salesforce skills are a plus
A positive attitude, detailoriented and capability to work independently while maintaining a "customer and team first" mindset
Well organized, time efficient and multitasking ability
Enthusiasm for outdoor sports lifestyle
Passion for snowboarding with an indepth product knowledge
