REPORTING:

As HR Analytics Specialist, you'll be responsible for running the monthly HR KPI Reporting.

SUPPORT HR MANAGERS & BUSINESS PARTNERS:
You'll support HR Managers and Business Partners in understanding KPI reporting and gain insights.

You'll train HR Managers and Business Partners to effectively use reporting tools as well as supporting the workforce and personnel cost planning processes.

DASHBOARD SOLUTIONS:

You'll also develop new KPI dashboard solutions depending on continuously evolving business needs and system landscapes.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

Degree in business, controlling or function-specific related field
First experience in handling multiple data sources and analytics
Advanced level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Basic R coding skills is a plus
Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured way of working
Strong analytical ability combined with high level of accuracy in work
Quick learner, selfmotivated and able to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, locally and internationally
