RESPONSIBILITIES:


As Senior UX Researcher you will be responsible for conducting research to uncover insights that inform product design and shape user experience.

This role will involve leading research projects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that research findings are effectively translated into design solutions.


You will partner with Product Designers and work with relevant domain stakeholders to identify user problems, and help defining, prioritising and delivering great product experiences to our customers.


You will:

  • Design, conduct and document qualitative and quantitative research studies to inform product design & development
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management, design, and engineering to understand research needs and prioritize research initiatives
  • Mentor Product Design team members, ensuring that all research is conducted ethically and to a high standard

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in UX research methods and techniques
  • Maintain the longterm research roadmap for the Odds product domain
  • Organize and maintain research knowledge repository
  • Actively advocate and communicate, routinely sharing actionable, highlevel research findings in the tribe
  • Foster experimentation, continuous learning and improvement within the team when delivering solutions to problems

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Market Research or a related field
  • Experience conducting research in a product development environment
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including experience with a wide range of generative and evaluative research methods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate research findings and insights to stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment and to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Detail orientated and can thrive in an ambiguous environment.
