Travel Online Assistant (Part-Time & Full-Time)

We are actively recruiting dynamic individuals for the position of Travel Online Assistant, both on a part-time and full-time basis.

This exciting role involves assisting with online operations, contributing to the seamless functioning of our travel services. Key Responsibilities:


Online Operations:
Collaborate with the online operations team to ensure the efficient execution of travel services.
Contribute to the day-to-day tasks associated with online travel operations.


Communication:

Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to clients through various online channels.


Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
Stay updated on industry trends and evolving online tools.


Customer Support:
Assist in providing excellent customer support by addressing queries and issues promptly and professionally.
