Purchasing Supporter, 60-100% (f/m/x):***
What's it all about?

You are the initial point of contact in controlling and you independently take over the invoice control and accounting
You manage the handling and processing of order confirmations up to the assistance of data maintenance in our ERP system
You take care of deadline monitoring and delivery urgency
You are an organizational talent & support the team with administrative activities in the procurement area

You have completed a technical or business education
You ideally have some experience in a similar field
You have a great interest in numbers, and you always keep track of things
You approach tasks in an organized, structured and independent manner
You are a highly communicative, openminded person who enjoys working closely with people
Your key strengths include a good command of German
