From our offices in Vienna and Munich, we turn standard ultrasound systems into 3D tomographic imaging devices, bridging the gap between 2D ultrasound and regular tomographic 3D imaging modalities.

Together, we want to revolutionize the medical imaging market and provide patients better access to safe and affordable imaging diagnostics.


Your role
For our Vienna office, we are looking for a student for product specialist support.

As a part of our dynamic team, you will carry out system tests, be involved in customer service, and assist with system installations.

Furthermore, you will be involved in prototype development. If you are motivated to work in a fast-moving field with regular innovations and enjoy being in an international environment, we are looking forward to meeting you


Responsibilities

  • Support with system installations and setups in clinics remotely and on site (Europe, mainly DACH region)
  • Technical customer service (remote)
  • Support with problem diagnosis and repair of products
  • Execution and documentation of system tests (software)
  • Support with design and testing of prototypes (hardware)

Skills & qualifications

  • Openminded, strong team player and interested in a longterm cooperation
  • High level of independence and selforganization
  • Excellent English skills, German skills are a plus
  • Engineering (or related) studies, beneficial: medical engineering
  • Ongoing Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • First programming experience
  • Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and microprocessors (ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi)
  • Interest in medical imaging, especially ultrasound
  • Interest in working with physicians in a clinical environment
  • Confident in customer contact
