We are in search of a seasoned and visionary Vice President of Sales to fortify our senior leadership team.

This pivotal role demands an accomplished leader who can orchestrate transformative sales strategies, forge strategic partnerships, and instill a culture of high-performance within the sales organization.

As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our market expansion and elevating our brand presence.


Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute strategic sales plans aligned with our growth targets and organizational objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team to consistently surpass revenue targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Foster and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and partners.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and alignment with marketing and product development initiatives.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance product offerings, pricing strategies, and customer experiences.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and executivelevel presentations.
  • Optimize sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to drive datadriven decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
  • Remain wellinformed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving transformative sales strategies in executive leadership capacities, ideally within the elearning, education, or healthcare sectors.
  • Expertise in devising online sales strategies, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strategic thinker adept at translating vision into actionable plans.
  • Proven history of mentoring and cultivating highperforming sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and advanced sales analytics tools.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical prowess.
  • Ability to thrive within an agile, fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel as needed.
