To strengthen our motivated Group Legal Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate
Assistant to the Head of Group Legal (M/F/d).

Your Role:

You support our MM Group Legal Department in all organizational and administrative matters
You are coordinating and managing different appointments
You are drafting corporate documents and simple agreements based on templates
You are responsible for our internal electronic filing system and the groupwide contract & document management system
With your independent way of working, you are processing all simple enquiries from stakeholders in our MM organization

Your Profile:

You have completed your commercial training, preferably with a Matura degree
You already gained several years of experience in the secretariat of a law firm, legal or finance department
You are very experienced with MS Office, especially in Word and Excel
You are a communicative, structured and teamorientated personality with a high degree of discretion
