The mission of Works Council Office is to have a strategic focus as an "organ of labor" and to protect and promote the social, cultural, economic and health interest of employees within the company.
Some of the most important tasks of this unit are:Representation of the staff as a whole or the individual employee, Control and communication function, Linking the staff with the management - Protection and social justice - Advisory function on law issues etc
What you'll be doing:
- You will have the chance to experience and learn how to manage with the following activities:
- Maintenance and further development of the Works Council homepage (SharePoint)
- Support the preparation of the communication (newsletters) to the staff in a creative manner
- Support the organization of events for employees
- Prepare presentations for Works Council/Employees meetings
- Support the organization and administration of the Works Council Office
What you'll need to succeed:
- Current advanced studies in Business Administration or similar
- IT affinity dealing with new media
- Very good English skills
- German skills beneficial
