  • Our businessYour role
  • You develop integrated financial models (PnL, balance sheet and cash flow statement).
  • You participate in Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) negotiations and support with the financial valuation of negotiation points.
  • For M&A purposes, you provide special accounting analyses (e.g. effects related to acquisitions/disposals) for different entities and provide guidance for business in relation to accounting topics (e.g. assessment of consolidation methods related to acquisitions/disposals).
  • You provide accounting solutions for M&A related topics (support for Purchase Price Allocations, assessment of the impact of M&A transactions on the main key performance indicators of OMV Group, support for the integration of M&A targets from accounting perspective).
  • You identify solution approaches for financial issues in alignment with group functions (i.e. Finance & Controlling, Tax & Treasury).
  • You evaluate and take finance decisions in business and investment projects.
  • You support the Vice President M&A proactively in all finance and projectsrelated issues.

Profile:


  • You have a University degree in Finance (e.g. finance, accounting, M&A).
  • You have at least 9 years of relevant professional experience.
  • You have a broad knowledge in M&A, Corporate Finance and Accounting and the ability to simplify complex situations and translate financial information in a comprehensive way to stakeholders (e.g. Business, interfaces in Group).
  • You have a high individual responsibility in generation and validation of sensitive corporate figures.
  • You have excellent knowledge & skills in MS Excel.
  • You have excellent English skills.
