Job Description:

Be responsible for the whole recruiting process
Suggest the best recruiting methods, sources, & platforms
Do active sourcing
Create talent pools
Support HR business partners & hiring managers with your recruiting knowhow
Consult on best approaches to successfully close key and complex positions
Cooperate with recruiting agencies or headhunters
Cocreate & implement improvements in recruiting process

Qualifications:

Educational background in HR, psychology, business administration or relevant work experience
Passionate about Recruitment, Active Sourcing and Talents Acquisition
At least 2 years of experience at recruiting agency or international business
Awareness of latest recruitment trends and sourcing approaches
Excellent communication skills in German & English (min. B2)
Approaching personality with a mind set to improve things
Experience in IT or searches for engineering positions is of advantage

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary.

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 40.830,02 EUR (based on a full time-employment) according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
