As a great
Agile Manager, you don't ask 'How can I manage this team?', but instead ask 'What does this team need in order to manage itself?' Creating an environment that encourages high-performing George feature squads to flourish and produce value is your pathway to delighting customers.

You will have an active role leading the implementation of the new way of working over multiple locations (Bratislava, Vienna, Prague) and be responsible for the adoption, success, and ongoing improvement of agile development within the squads.

Supporting and improving the flow of deliverables from idea to deployment will be your main driver.

You inspire and motivate others by empowering them with guidance and belief, nurturing a culture of relentless improvement that protects the resources required for teams to innovate and iterate.

What you'll bring with you

Expertise and experience in agile development methodologies and lean approaches
Confidence and skills to manage 45 George feature squads totaling ~50 motivated employees
Empathetic leadership style to understand and support your team members
Build organization as a community working towards a shared purpose and common goals
Ability to clearly communicate with wide range of stakeholders including top managements, vendors, product owners, designers, architects and developers
Ability to paint big picture and make it understandable to top management
Experience with staffing, salary setting, bonus distribution and hiring processes
Ability to set clear individual, team and organizational goals enabling value delivery to our customers

We guarantee a competitive and performance-related salary, dependent on your professional and personal qualifications.

We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR gross per year for this full time position.
