What you will be doing:

You will take care of resource planning, manage the team, and support your colleagues' development including hiring, communicating, coaching staff, and building relationships for the F&B team
You will make sure that our guests are not just wellfed, but also happy and contented
You will take responsibility for the F&B budget, and make sure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothly
You will engage with your colleagues and ensure that they will be coached to the best performance
On top of this, you will also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan
You are the driving force to keep our concept successful and sustainable, implement adjustments when needed and are openly embracing change

Your experience and skills include:

You have gained management experience in a similar role
You are confident in your leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor a large team
You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this you find easy to communicate with charm, even if it is sometimes tricky.
You are passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
And equally have a passion for fostering a sense of teamwork in a warm and caring hospitality environment
You are a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
