If yes, then our AHRIS Specialist position might be just the role for you At Red Bull, we strongly believe in the power of technology to transform and streamline HR functionality.

In this role, you'll need a keen understanding of HR Process and HRIS tools and the knack to translate it into every day, operational language.

You
'll report directly to the Area HRIS Manager and provide key support to our regional HR Teams across Europe.


Cooperation with regional HR Teams in Europe
You'll be the expert on all questions surrounding HR Systems for an entire Region.

This means you'll ensure availability of HR reports & KPIs, talent and planning tools, guaranteeing a high level of data quality in all HR master data modules and answering all questions on system usage.

Finally, you'll be the one responsible for the HRIS service and support delivery within the European Region.


Cooperation with global HRIS team
Staying ahead of the market means rolling out new tools quicker and more often than the benchmark. This means you'll be actively supporting our global HRIS project managers in global/local projects.

As the expert for your region, you'll help build solutions, that meet exactly the requirements of the HR teams in the countries.


Coaching of country HR teams in Europe
In this role, your area of responsibility includes the coaching of the country HR teams in all HRIS matters.

You'll execute HR System trainings according to our global HRIS standards not only for new joiners, but also help keep knowledge levels high.


HRIS Process & System Governance for Europe


Last but not least, you'll actively be supporting HR teams with integrated HR processes and on-premise as well as cloud based tools.

As the expert on our HRIS solutions within the region, you'll work to constantly improve HR processes through enhanced use of HR Systems.

You'll also maintain & create regional documentation for HR processes and HR systems according to our global standards, to make sure the knowledge is easily accessible and available anytime.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of working experience with HR information systems (e.g. SAP HR, Success Factors, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, Anaplan, BI) as HRIS professional or Systems Key User
University / bachelor's degree (e

g:
Human Resources and / or Information Technology)

English is a must, any other language is beneficial

General knowledge of HR processes and project management

Ability to analyse and interpret human resources and technology related documents

Excellent communication skills, performance and results driven, analytical thinking and well-structured approach

Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders


Additional Information:


Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month.

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
